Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy Customers may cancel their subscription or service with Walrus at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team at contact@walrus.org.in with your request.

2. Refund Policy

  1. Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the product is deployed and / or 7 days of the initial purchase, which ever is the shorter term
  2. Partial Refund: After the 7-day period, no full refunds will be issued. However, in specific cases, a pro-rated refund may be granted at our discretion.
  3. No Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after the billing cycle has been completed or for services that have been fully utilized.

3. Refund Process Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Exceptions Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Services that have already been rendered or fully utilized.
  • Customers who violate our terms of service.
  • Special promotional or discounted services unless otherwise stated.

5. Modifications Walrus reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our official website or through direct customer communication channels.
